Reservations and Payments
Once your booking request is received we will issue you with an invoice which will be payable directly into our bank account within 48 hours. A breakage deposit, refundable after check-out, will be added to your invoice. Confirmation of your deposit is required to secure your Reservation. The Guest in whose name the booking is made undertakes full responsibility & liability for all costs incurred by his / her / their party or guests. Reservations should be made well in advance of your required date to avoid disappointment. Reservations will be taken telephonically or online. All bookings are subject to our online published terms & conditions. Bookings and enquiries will be replied to by the owners of Picollo Bocca Villa confirming the date(s) of or event and all other arrangements. Payment of the amount quoted is required prior to confirmation of booking. No bookings will be confirmed until a booking form has been completed and the required deposit has been received. On receipt of the booking form and the deposit, confirmation of the booking will be sent. Additional costs incurred during your stay at Picollo Bocca Villa are payable on departure and will either be deducted from the breakage deposit or be payable in cash or electronic transfer into our account upon request. Guests can book in anytime from 14.00. Late arrivals (after 18:00) must be arranged with Management/Agent in advance. Bookings are taken on a first come first served basis.Call the Agent at least 2 hours before your expected time of arrival.
Cancellation
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours after making such booking and receival of deposit will be refunded 95% of total deposit received.
Bookings cancelled after 24 hours after making such booking will be refunded 70% of total deposit received.
No refunds will be made for cancellations made within 4 weeks before booking start date.Refunding deposits for bookings is done at the sole discretion of Picollo Bocca Villa Management.
Amendments
by us
In the unlikely event that we need to amend your reservation, we will confirm this with you in writing in advance of your arrival. Should you be unhappy with our alternative arrangements we will refund your money in full.
Payment & Settlement of Accounts
Balances of accounts should be settled upon arrival; and in exceptional circumstances, no later than the day prior to departure. Please note that due to banking charges, a 5% surcharge is applied to all cash deposit and debit card transactions. An invoice will be issued by Picollo Bocca Villa in accordance with the booking requirements.

Damage Policy / Disruptive Behaviour Policy
Malicious or accidental damage caused by you, your client/s, guest/s or invitee/s, will be charged for at the full replacement cost of the damaged item. An additional cleaning charge will be levied accordingly, e.g. for heavily soiled bedding, stained carpets, etc.
For the comfort of others, boisterous and rowdy behaviour will not be tolerated and if necessary, disruptive guests will be asked to leave. Children are to be kept under control at all times. The house may not be occupied by minors (under the age of 21) without accompanying parents or elders.
Management takes all steps to ensure that all equipment provided in the House is in working order prior to your arrival. In the un-lightly event that some equipment are found to be faulty during your stay Management may, in their sole discretion, consider a reasonable discount to accommodate for any inconvenience caused to our Guests upon being informed promptly.
Smoking
We are a Non-Smoking establishment. Should any guest/s, your client/s, or invitee/s be found to be smoking inside our Holiday House, they will be charged a R500.00 cleaning fee. Smoking outside the House or on the balconies is allowed.
Pets
Regretfully, we cannot accommodate any pets inside the house.
Check-In / Check-Out Times
Guests may arrive anytime between 14:00 and 18:00; earlier or later arrivals are strictly by prior arrangement. Departing guests are to vacate their rooms by 10:30 am; thereafter, an additional nights lodging will be charged for. Luggage may be left for later collection by prior arrangement.
Privacy
We take great care regarding personal information that is provided to us online ensuring it is used only for stated purposes. We do not pass either your email address or personal details on to any third party.
Security
The Guest must ensure that the alarm system is always plugged in and that the electricity is on. Always lock all doors of the House and activate the alarm system upon leaving the premises. The alarm can also be activated by the guest during night-time if preferred. The Guest must ensure that all reasonable precautions are taken to protect you/co-guests as well as safe-guard the property and
all assets on the premises.

You, your client/s, guest/s or invitee/s irrevocably waive any / all potential claims and further indemnify and hold harmless Picollo Bocca Villa, its owners, its employees, staff & agents.
